What I'm looking for
I’m a Certified General Appraiser who performs appraisal review, valuation analysis, and technical advisory services for right-of-way and infrastructure projects. I align every assignment with UASFLA (Yellow Book), USPAP, and 49 CFR Part 24 (Uniform Act) to produce credible, defensible results.
I provide independent evaluation of appraisal methodology and the credibility of value conclusions, especially when assignments require problem resolution. I support acquisition teams, engineers, and appraisers with defensible valuation guidance for administrative settlements and potential litigation.
Since 2020, I’ve served as a Principal Appraiser / Review Appraiser, delivering technical appraisal reviews for right-of-way assignments and preparing appraisal and review reports for corridor acquisitions, easements, and partial takings. Earlier, I prepared eminent domain appraisals and developed Administrative Summary Offers for transportation corridor projects, and I continued building consistency- and supportability-focused review habits by coordinating with agency standards and project stakeholders.
My work spans complex easement types (permanent, temporary, and avigation) and real estate interests impacted by partial acquisitions, including remainder impact analysis. I also bring a leadership background that strengthens stakeholder coordination, training, and operational discipline—helping teams move faster with higher-quality valuation outputs.
