What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can manage commercial real estate projects end-to-end—using estimating, blueprint/scope review, and valuation to deliver accurate bids, tight schedules, and strong stakeholder alignment.

I’m a results-driven commercial real estate professional with 10+ years’ experience spanning project management, appraisal/valuation, and commercial estimating. I bring proven expertise in blueprint analysis, scope review, and cost and property analyses—always focused on aligning project needs with business objectives.

In my most recent role with Fulton County Government, I conduct detailed field inspections of commercial properties and determine valuation using blueprints and project documentation. I collaborate with contractors to review construction scopes of work, maintain databases in IAS for mass appraisal, and prepare property sketches and cost analyses for tax assessments, hearings, and Board of Equalization documentation.

Previously at M&S Holding (GA) Inc., I oversaw residential and commercial leasing plus construction coordination, including reviewing bids, scopes, and material takeoffs to protect client budgets. I also developed project plans, coordinated contractor timelines and milestones, managed commercial properties with 160+ units, and supported compliance through audits and trust account reviews.
