I’m a Massachusetts Certified General Real Estate Appraiser focused on valuation work across all asset classes, from industrial and multifamily to net lease, medical/hospital, hotel, cell towers, easements, and renewable energy. I bring a consistent ability to translate complex assumptions into decision-ready results.

In my Real Estate Advisory work, I delivered appraisal and analytical services for primarily institutional clients, including Appraisal Review, Commercial Appraisals, Leasehold analysis, Fairness Opinions, Capital Lease Testing, Positive Assurance, Purchase Price Allocations, Due Diligence, Debt Analysis, Portfolio Net Asset Valuation, and Asset Impairment Testing (NAV).

I build and refine models using Argus DCF and Enterprise (plus Excel), and I design modeling frameworks for discounted cash flow analysis, leasehold analysis, purchase price allocations, and valuation methods using market and cost approaches. I also perform operating expense analysis and income forecasting to support defensible conclusions.

I enjoy leading and improving teams—having managed and trained team members in Argus, financial modeling, and appraisal theory. I back my analysis with in-depth industry, market, competitor research and direct client data gathering, including interviews with brokers and property managers.
