I specialize in residential appraisal review and underwriting support, validating valuation techniques, supporting data, and conclusions to ensure consistent, guideline-driven outcomes. In my current role, I perform nationwide loan origination appraisal reviews, communicate results professionally, and help teams hit production goals.

I bring deep expertise across USPAP and lender/regulatory frameworks, including Appraiser Independence Requirements (AIR), Dodd-Frank, and investor overlays such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. I also reconcile Fannie CU and Freddie LCA score differences, review transfer and CL1 appraisals, and support ROVs when needed to resolve file issues with clarity and confidence.

Prior to this, I worked as a reviewer and assistant vice president regional reviewer, coaching panel appraisers and supporting risk management through proactive collateral risk mitigation. As a self-employed reviewer/appraiser/trainer, I improved appraisal reporting processes and reduced revision rates by 52% per month (to 14.6%), building stronger report quality through training, review guidelines, and a self-check checklist.
