I am an experienced residential appraiser with deep expertise in underwriting Level 3 appraisal reports, FHA/USDA regulations, and investor compliance. I have handled high volumes of REO, rehabilitation projects, and various appraisal types across multiple states.

My background includes roles as a Collateral Underwriter at JP Morgan Chase, Valuation Economist, and lead district manager supervising and training appraisal staff. I have a proven record preparing performance, financial, and compliance reports and improving operational processes.

I am proficient with appraisal management software and MS Office, skilled in property inspections, CMA analysis, and mentoring trainees toward certification. I am open to remote, hybrid, and onsite opportunities that value regulatory rigor and practical appraisal experience.
