I’m looking for a role where I own category and P&L, scale growth using data-driven planning, and work cross-functionally across supply chain and marketplace execution—turning insights into assortment, demand, and distributor strategies that deliver measurable results.

I’m a Category & P&L leader with 5+ years of experience across agri-inputs and digital commerce, focused on turning assortment, distribution, and planning into profitable growth. I’ve repeatedly scaled categories 3–4x by strengthening assortment optimization, expanding distributors, and running data-driven demand planning.

In senior category roles, I’ve owned planning and performance across a ₹120 Cr business portfolio—driving demand forecasting, inventory management, and GMV optimization to improve efficiency and commercial outcomes. I combine supply chain optimization with practical sales operations to align what we stock with what the market is actually buying.

Alongside category ownership, I’ve led revenue growth in territory sales and marketplace management—scaling territory revenue from ₹1 Cr to ₹4.5 Cr in 11 months through distributor network expansion, and growing sales from ₹0.8 Cr to ₹3 Cr via local strategies. I build market intelligence through competitor pricing, offers, and channel activity tracking, and I use A/B testing to refine go-to-market and conversion performance.

I’m also known for enabling teams and channels. I train 50+ channel partners on product knowledge and retail activation, mentor field teams, and improve customer acquisition and retention through distributor onboarding, farmer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration—so execution is consistent from insight to impact.
