I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can resolve client issues quickly, manage accurate client data, and use CRM tools to improve engagement. I want a team that values clear communication, follow-up, and continuous service improvement.

I’m a customer support professional with hands-on experience assisting clients, managing data, and improving customer engagement. Through my work, I resolve client issues efficiently, enhance customer satisfaction, and support sales growth using strategic support tools like CRM and client persona development.

In customer support roles, I responded to client inquiries via phone and email, handled calls in a professional manner, and recorded all interactions. I also maintained up-to-date client data to support decision-making and improve service delivery.

I’ve collaborated with technical and sales teams to resolve customer complaints and followed up with customers to ensure issues were resolved. I focus on clear communication, accurate documentation, and steady follow-through so clients leave with confidence.

Before my customer support work, I completed an Administrative Support internship at Thika Women Prison (Public Service Commission Internship Program), where I supported maintaining a call logbook, helped with documentation and admission for newly convicted inmates, and managed official signals and communications. That background strengthened my attention to process, organization, and service-minded support.
