Constance Ncube

I am a motivated communications graduate with a BA (Hons) in Journalism, Media and Broadcasting from the University of Zimbabwe, and hands-on experience supporting customer service operations at EcoCash Holdings.

During my internship I handled customer queries, collected and communicated accurate feedback, collaborated with internal stakeholders for faster resolutions, and promoted company products to retain and grow the customer base.

I bring strong research, time management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. I seek a role where I can apply these strengths to contribute to service excellence and continue developing professionally.
