Through school leadership and extracurricular activities, I’ve built confidence in public speaking, teamwork, and administrative roles, and I stay professional even in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.

In customer-facing work as a Shop Assistant / Tuck Shop Sales Assistant, I assisted customers with purchases and inquiries, handled cash sales and daily transactions, and delivered friendly, efficient service. I’m now seeking a remote Customer Support position where I can use my interpersonal skills to assist clients, solve problems professionally, and build a long-term career in the online workforce.
