As a Property Manager at C.T.C. Commercial Building, I oversaw and took the lead in the supervision of the day-to-day management of the different businesses located inside the premises/compound of the company. I was in charge of ensuring that all business permits and licenses were secured and completed for compliance with the government. I also created and analyzed Business Proposals/Plans and Lease agreements/contracts, maintained orderliness and cleanliness of the working environment, and recommended initiatives to increase property value and satisfy tenant requirements.
