What I'm looking for

I’m seeking fully remote work where I can create clear content, improve customer experiences, organize knowledge, support multilingual audiences, and build practical AI-assisted workflows across content, documentation, localization, tourism, research, or operations.

I created Aurin Matrix from concept to implementation, shaping its information architecture, user journeys, content systems, brand positioning, and customer-facing experience. I use AI tools and development agents to turn ideas into practical digital solutions people can understand and use.

For Bergen Kaffeservice, I planned website and service architecture, created multilingual customer content, and designed AI-assisted voice and support-agent concepts using ElevenLabs. I also structured troubleshooting workflows and improved service presentation for technical equipment and customer support.

Across more than 20 years of freelance multilingual communication work, I’ve supported customers, coordinated administration, interpreted conversations, and created tourism and destination content across Norwegian, Estonian, Russian, and English markets.
