At Aurora, I provided personalized support to VIP customers across chat, email, and phone. I investigated platform, account, bonus, and payment issues, then coordinated complex cases with internal teams through to resolution.

At Yandex Business Team, I supported key B2B customers using Yandex Business products and advertising platforms. I managed campaigns, investigated account and campaign issues, and worked with marketplaces including Wildberries, Ozon, and Yandex Market.

At Euroteks Impex, I managed B2B client relationships and coordinated requests between customers, production, and internal departments. I also maintained client histories in Bitrix24 and prepared and translated business documentation in English and Russian.

In my current freelance project work, I support private clients and small businesses with customer and operational tasks. I coordinate requests, organize information using spreadsheets and CRM systems, and use AI tools for research and documentation. I'm looking to build on this experience in a Product Support or Customer Support role at a SaaS or technology company.
