At TPG I worked on Invoices, purchases (clients from Europe), supporting clients with clear communication and accurate transaction handling. At Terrazit I handle Technical questions in the game, resolving technical issues and guiding users to solutions.

I served as a Tutor of german and english for adults and pupils, developing tailored lesson plans and improving learners' practical language skills. I earned my degree as Linguist, translator, teacher of german and english from Janka Kupala State University.

I am proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Canva and comfortable working in both customer support and instructional environments. My language skills are Russian C2, English B2 and German B2, and I focus on delivering reliable support and clear communication.
