I've led HR transformation, talent strategy, and organization design for businesses including Cialfo, Biz2Credit, Rezo.AI, IDC India, and Amity Education Group. Across 15+ years in HR, I’ve built scalable people practices for global, startup, and multi-location organizations.

At Cialfo, I headed Talent and HR for India, APAC, and Global Engineering teams, redesigned operating models during restructuring, and led the company to Great Place to Work certification with an 87% score on its first attempt. At Biz2Credit and Biz2X, I led a team of four supporting 500+ employees across India and the US, automated performance management, implemented Zoho People and Zoho Recruit, and strengthened succession pipelines.

I partner with founders and leadership teams on workforce planning, competency frameworks, performance management, learning, shared services, HR technology, and culture. My recent consulting work supports early-stage and growth-stage startups including Aether Semiconductors, Teleu, and TBH in building HR functions from the ground up.

I’m particularly focused on connecting people strategy with business scale through practical operating models, data-informed workforce decisions, and employee experiences that support high performance.
