I’m seeking strategic HR leadership or senior consultancy roles to scale people operations, lead digital HR transformation, champion DEIB, and partner with executives to build inclusive, data-driven talent strategies in growth-oriented organizations.

I am a strategic HR leader with 15+ years of cross-industry experience across IT, SaaS, consulting and development, working in India, the USA, UAE and East Africa. I have led global HR operations, digital HR transformations, large HR teams, and driven DEIB, workforce planning and M&A integration that align people strategy with business outcomes.

Currently I work as a remote HR consultant and strategic advisor, partnering with founders and senior leadership to design scalable people practices, POSH compliance and performance frameworks. I bring a data-driven, people-first approach to building inclusive, high-performance cultures and measurable talent strategies that support growth.
