I've scaled HR operations at FlytBase Labs and Emergys Solutions, supporting organisations from 30 to 500+ employees. I build workforce plans, role-leveling frameworks, onboarding infrastructure, and retention systems aligned to Engineering, Product, and Operations goals.
At FlytBase, I closed 35+ roles in six months, reduced time-to-hire from 20–30 days to seven days, and built AI-enabled HR workflows using Claude, Cursor, Lovable, and n8n. I also created an organisation-wide document-signing portal independently and reduced new-hire ramp-up by 30%.
At Emergys Solutions, I partnered with leadership across a 500+ employee organisation, managed a five-member HR team, and maintained attrition at approximately 6% over four years. I led compensation reviews, supported 35+ international visas, maintained statutory compliance, and onboarded 120 employees in one day following a merger without payroll disruption.
I'm also a co-creator of Teemlie, an AI-driven talent management platform, combining HR domain knowledge with no-code product development to improve how growing teams hire, onboard, and manage talent.
