I’m a senior HR & People Operations leader with 10+ years of full-lifecycle experience—building HR infrastructure from scratch to run complex cross-border people programmes. I’ve held solo HR ownership at SME level, partnering directly with CEOs on workforce strategy, compliance architecture, and culture.
In a global remote-first organization (Outpost.work), I managed multi-jurisdiction HR operations and distributed team execution, making the shift to remote HR seamless. I led an India → Dubai cross-border employee migration, aligned compliance across entities, and built async-compatible performance management systems from scratch.
Most recently, as Manager – HR & Admin, I deployed Zoho People/Recruit/Payroll/Analytics end-to-end in a previously manual environment, creating auditable HRMS workflows and live dashboards. I introduced POSH policy and compliance from zero, improved hiring using AI-assisted sourcing and automation (Claude AI, Zapier), and scaled recruitment and HR capability while maintaining zero legal escalations.
