What I'm looking for

I'm based in Cologne and relocating to Spain in spring 2027, with the possibility of an earlier start. I'm open to remote or on-site roles.

I work at the intersection of operations, process coordination and stakeholder management — making sure the right things get prioritized, followed through and resolved before they become a problem.
Over the past several years I've managed tenant lifecycle administration and conflict resolution across a 400-unit residential portfolio, run full HR cycles for teams of up to 20, and coordinated operations across real estate, retail and HR sectors in Argentina, Mexico and Germany.
I'm drawn to dynamic, business-driven environments where structure and execution matter: process improvement, escalation management, cross-functional collaboration and getting things done at pace.

I'm currently working toward my CAPM certification, building toward a long-term path in Project Management.
