What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer support and operations with digital content updates. I want a team that values quality service, clear communication, accurate records, and continuous improvement in both support workflows and frontend development.

I’m a Customer Support professional with 4+ years managing customer enquiries, administrative processes, and digital records. I’m also ALX-trained in Software Engineering, with intermediate frontend development skills to support website updates and digital content management.

At FairMoney Microfinance Bank, I handle 70–100 customer enquiries daily through phone, email, and digital channels. I resolve account, billing, and payment enquiries while maintaining accurate customer records, documenting interactions in internal systems, and escalating complex issues for timely resolution.

Previously, as Operations & Technical Support Manager at Supremo Solar Resources Limited, I coordinated daily branch operations and administrative activities while responding to customer enquiries with technical support. I maintained customer records, operational documents, and reports, worked with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently, and trained staff on operational procedures and customer service standards.

I started as a Client Support & Administrative Officer at GTECH Creative Ventures, where I managed client communication, scheduled appointments, processed documentation and billing enquiries, and handled data entry to support efficient service delivery. I bring a highly organized, detail-oriented approach, strong written communication, and a service-focused mindset, and I’ve built responsive frontends with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React using Git/GitHub and REST APIs.
