What I'm looking for

I’m looking for international & remote opportunities where I can apply operations/quality discipline to content moderation and customer engagement, using sales communication, objection handling, and lead qualification to drive measurable results.

I’m a content moderation professional with an operations-and-quality mindset, currently reviewing high volumes of digital content at Teleperformance, Spain (May 2025–Present). I keep quality consistent under strict KPIs, apply policy frameworks accurately, and document and escalate sensitive cases with careful attention to detail.

Previously, I handled front-desk operations and high volumes of customer inquiries while leading public-facing customer engagement at Biological Station Zwillbrock, Germany (Aug 2018–Jul 2019). I guided visitors through services and programs, used sales-oriented communication to promote offers, and increased participation through active engagement—then carried that same commercial drive into my projects, from building a financial education digital product sales funnel to co-founding a social meetup partnership network.
