I’m looking for a remote SaaS role where I can own complex cases end-to-end, improve processes, and deliver measurable quality and customer outcomes—especially under pressure with reliable performance.

I’m a customer support professional with 4+ years of high-volume remote experience supporting Meta’s advertising platform for clients from small businesses to enterprise accounts. I’ve consistently met or exceeded performance targets across annual reviews.

During a major restructuring, I was selected as one of three agents to continue supporting a new Meta project—trusted specifically for performance, reliability, and quality. I’ve also led critical backlog recovery, independently closing 80–120 cases per day while maintaining team quality standards and customer outcomes.

I bring a strong quality and compliance mindset, with proven results across resolution & satisfaction, Quality Assurance (QMS) KPIs, and policy enforcement & compliance. I was promoted early in my tenure to HiVa (High-Value Account) status and recognized for ownership and quality work from the start.
