I’m looking for a role where I can support patients and teams with reliable scheduling, compliant documentation, and outstanding customer service—while growing in patient operations and improving performance metrics through clear communication and organization.

I’m a Front Desk Patient Advocate who keeps operations running smoothly—overseeing efficient scheduling, tracking referrals, and ensuring every patient interaction is handled with care.
