In my role as a Customer Service Representative, I assisted customers in French and English for StayForLong, enhancing my communication and problem-solving skills while addressing customer inquiries and issues.

Worked as a Fast Food Representative, providing customer service and cashiering in a fast-paced environment, which helped me develop strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

As a Sales Associate and Floor Manager, I managed daily operations, organized shipments, and consistently met sales targets, enhancing my sales and leadership skills.

As an Assistant Basketball Coach, I developed leadership and mentoring skills by organizing training sessions and game plans, fostering a positive environment for student athletes.

Completed a comprehensive programming bootcamp, mastering languages such as C, Python and JavaScript. Gained experience in web development, back end development and database management through project and task based learning. Developed a website called LakeSite, allowing users to register, sign in, and make reservations to visit lakes around Albania.

Earned a degree from the Sports University of Tirana specializing in sports science, and physical education. Obtained comprehensive knowledge in exercise physiology, human anatomy, sports psychology, Olympic and athletic sports. Participated in various practical training sessions and activities, such as workshops and playing on the basketball school team.
