Angel Ellis

Hi my name is Angela Ellis. Everyone calls me and I prefer to go by Angel. So here's a little bit about myself.I have dabbled in a little bit of everything so my experience's are a wide variety. I spent over half my life dedicated to providing satifactory customer services. I spent over 10 years in management that included all kind's of duties, from leading and running my own store, paperwork, computer work, counts, money, etc.. Then these past 6 years I've been in call center work. All work from home. My last job was with RDI where I was a CSR (customer sales rep) and my duties included but not limited to setting up services for internet, cable, phone, and home security. Took private sensitive info like customers addresses, credit checks, credit card payments, past due payment's, transferred calls, IB calls no cold calls. The best part about sales for me is knowing the solution I'm selling is helping my customer thrive and insure they are receiving the most out of their product/services and the pleasure and understanding that I had a part in helping the customer/business grow. I now work for Resmed and wear many hats. I am a customer service rep and was recently trained for RMA (Return Material Authorization), and have experience in everything microsft, salesforce, among other platforms. I take and place orders for CPAP, Bipap, and as well as life support and other medical products for hospital's and clinics, as well as IB calls, OB calls, emails, case filing, and many more. I love to learn new thing's and have an open mind. I work hard on finding solution's because with every problem comes an even greater solution. And I make sure to always wear a smile and carry a positive attitude even over the phone because the customer's can feel your emotions especially over the phone. I seek every opportunity to gain rapport. Rapport is like a smile, it is very important when building that relationship to have both a smile and rapport.
