I'm currently supporting patients at ResMed by handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating medical equipment orders, entering data, and listening closely to patient needs.

At Astound Broadband, I assist customers with service needs, troubleshoot equipment, manage accounts, install services, and schedule appointments. Previously, I helped Sunpro Solar generate appointments through outbound calling and home analysis using Google Earth and Bing Maps.

My background also includes data entry, monthly Excel reporting, research, order fulfillment, and creative writing. I bring strong communication, computer, organizational, typing, and customer service skills to every role.
