I’m looking for a role where I can own data validation and investigation work—improving billing accuracy, supporting compliance, and turning complex records into clear, audit-ready findings through strong documentation, quality checks, and continuous process improvement.

I have a Completed coursework in Systems Engineering with several years of experience focused on the customer service industry, as well as experience in administrative areas within back-office environments, specializing in remote technical support and the analysis of large data sets for validation purposes. I am honest, punctual, dedicated, a fast learner, and always eager to acquire knowledge of new technologies to continue growing professionally.

I’m a Contract Administrator focused on analyzing and validating contract-related data to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper client setup within billing platforms. At HCL Technologies, I investigate and resolve billing issues by reviewing data records, business requirements, and process documentation, while creating and maintaining process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base materials. I also conduct data validation and quality assurance reviews to support reporting accuracy and compliance with contractual and business requirements.

Before that, I worked as a Fraud Specialist where I analyzed behavioral patterns and large datasets to identify anomalies, risk indicators, and potential fraudulent activity. I led investigations by evaluating evidence and analytical findings to support corrective actions with compliance to internal procedures and controls, producing detailed case documentation to ensure traceability, data quality, and audit readiness. I bring an honest, punctual, dedicated mindset—paired with a continuous-improvement approach—and I’m motivated to keep learning new technologies while improving processes through data-driven validation.
