Previously, I analyzed and reconciled customer billing, contract, and usage data as a Conversion Analyst and Billing Specialist. I used Oracle and Microsoft Excel to validate invoicing inputs, structure contract information, identify discrepancies, and support accurate billing outcomes.

My earlier work at Alorica LATAM included high-volume customer support for Direct Energy, resolving billing, service, and account concerns. At Unitrade, S.A., I prepared promotional-product budgets and pricing proposals while managing calendars, meetings, and notes for leadership.

I bring a BBA and more than seven years in BPO operations, combining billing accuracy, root cause analysis, administrative coordination, and clear client communication. I'm comfortable working remotely with U.S.-based clients in English and Spanish.
