At AIGO Business System, I lead daily HR operations and serve as the primary HR Business Partner for Applications, ICT, and Data teams. I partner with Directors and managers on performance, employee relations, talent mapping, recruitment planning, salary planning, and development initiatives.

I design annual HR analytics reports for the Executive Board covering full recruitment lifecycle metrics, translating data trends into actionable recommendations. I also build performance management systems, deliver training and coaching, and strengthen employee experience through engagement initiatives and benefits improvements.

Previously, at Ibis Instruments, I led recruitment for medior, senior, and leadership technology roles while partnering with Big Data and System Integration teams. My background in business coaching and organisational psychology informs how I support leaders, high-potential talent, and teams.
