What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote CRM or lifecycle marketing role where I can build automation, improve retention, optimize omnichannel communications, and partner closely with product, analytics, development, and design teams.

I've led CRM and lifecycle marketing for ARTDOM, an international iGaming business, and MyFlowers, launching and optimizing omnichannel campaigns across Email, Push, In-App, SMS, WhatsApp, and Telegram. At MyFlowers, I increased CRM contribution from roughly 3–5% to more than 10% of company revenue and orders.

My work spans segmentation, automation, trigger journeys, CRM integrations, QA, deliverability, analytics, and loyalty communications. I bring hands-on Mindbox CDP experience from enterprise onboarding and technical CRM launches, working closely with marketing, product, development, analytics, and design teams.
