What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own Salesforce Marketing Cloud/email automation end-to-end—building journeys and segmentation with SQL, improving deliverability and engagement, and partnering with stakeholders to grow subscribers and performance.

I have 6 years of experience in Marketing Automation and Email Marketing, working with platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Customer.io, and Beehiiv. I’ve supported consultancies across industries such as media, travel, retailers, charities, fashion, and education.

I’m certified as an Email Marketing Specialist and Marketing Cloud Administrator, and I bring hands-on expertise across implementation and optimization. In my recent Email Marketing Manager role, I improved open and click rates and strengthened IP reputation across multiple domains by owning the email marketing automation software and optimizing content, segments, and journeys.

I build and maintain sophisticated SFMC programs using Journey Builder and related tooling—creating dynamic emails with Ampscript, SQL-based segmentation, and data extension workflows. I also manage deliverability fundamentals like IP warm up, domain reputation, and spam triggers, including troubleshooting technical issues in customer.io and beehiiv.
