In my most recent role as a Property Manager VA, I manage guest communications using Hospitable plus text and calls, and I keep day-to-day workflows running smoothly. I’m experienced with PMS software such as Ciirus, Hospitable, and Guesty, and I’m confident troubleshooting issues that affect bookings, updates, and partner connectivity.

Previously, as a Property Management Software Support Guide, I helped users create, cancel, and modify bookings, sync calendars, set rate rules, and connect properties to OTAs like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. I also handled technical email troubleshooting involving Mailchimp, SMTP, Exchange, and other providers, and I supported resolution workflows as an Airbnb Resolutions Case Manager—mediating disputes, damage claims, refunds, and cleanliness-related concerns.
