What I'm looking for
I’m a Property Maintenance Administrator and Customer Service Specialist with over 10 years of experience coordinating repairs, supporting tenants and property owners, and handling technical support tasks. I’m known for strong communication, adaptability, and resolving issues efficiently under pressure.
From September 2016 to September 2025, I served as a Home Services Administrator (Remote) where I coordinated maintenance requests, scheduled repairs with trades and specialists, and provided basic troubleshooting for appliances like washer, dryer, and stove. I also managed warranty service appointments and suite access, communicated updates to tenants and property owners, and supported tenant onboarding with emails and maintenance tips.
