I’m looking for a remote role where I can manage rentals end-to-end, drive qualified leads through marketing, and close deals using CRM and reporting. I want a team that values accuracy, fast follow-through, and continuous performance improvement.

I’m a remote Property Manager and Real Estate Virtual Assistant with 6+ years of experience across property management, real estate acquisitions, lead generation, social media marketing, and customer support. I’ve managed 67+ rental units and consistently exceeded performance targets through strong tenant relations, deal sourcing, and marketing.

In my most recent role (May Capital Funding / G&M Investing), I managed 47 rental units—handling rent collection, tenant communications, and maintenance coordination—while closing 34 private and hard money loan deals through lender partnerships and social media-driven lead generation. I also owned property reporting with Dealio and managed CRM data using Microsoft Dynamics, creating marketing content for campaigns and lead funnels.
