What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support payroll, customer service, compliance, or back-office operations and help companies streamline their work.

At Lean Solutions Group, I handle payroll and audits for more than 100 drivers. I verify timecards, review payroll in bi-weekly cycles, and check GPS routes for irregular stops.

I also verify driver logs, breaks, lunches, and pre- and post-trip inspections, and inform division managers about route irregularities.

At Intouch Cx, I supported drivers with delivery issues, app troubleshooting, GPS checks, and order updates. Earlier, I handled customer service for Teleperformance and collections calls for Concentrix.
