At DSV through Lean Solutions Group, I coordinate 50–100 international air freight shipments per week for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, managing execution from U.S. airport arrival through customs clearance, warehouse receipt, and final delivery.
I work with airlines, customs brokers, warehouses, gateway teams, carriers, consignees, and client stakeholders to keep shipments moving. I also coordinate airport pickups, domestic B2B transportation, delivery appointments, and consolidated freight follow-up.
I take ownership of shipment exceptions, evaluate LTL and FTL options based on urgency and cost, and provide daily reporting and status updates to DSV management. As part of a two-person team, I independently manage day-to-day operations and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
My earlier experience supporting Walmart deliveries, Fitbit customers, and AT&T wireless services strengthened my troubleshooting, documentation, customer communication, and English-Spanish support skills. I communicate daily in English with international stakeholders through email, chat, calls, and meetings.
