What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead BI and analytics initiatives where I can build end-to-end data systems, strengthen data governance, and turn business metrics into executive decision-making tools.

At Agronom-Sad, I built and led a six-person analytics team, developed a five-year digital transformation strategy, and replaced Excel planning with a dynamic SQL and Appsmith tool. The new planning process reduced adjustment time from more than eight hours to minutes and helped increase EBITDA by 5% through optimized share distribution.

Previously at Magnit, I managed commercial initiatives and retail projects, using Python, SQL, BI dashboards, A/B testing, and ML customer clustering to improve investment performance, conversion, category revenue, and sales. I build analytics systems from ETL and DWH through financial models, KPI reporting, and data governance that give leadership a single source of truth.
