At optilyz GmbH, I onboarded international partners to the company’s parameter framework and supported its global implementation. I also served as the main operational contact for enterprise customers and logistics partners, resolving production, shipping, and delivery issues.
I automated finance data imports and reconciliation for about 10 customers using SnapLogic and Apps Script, saving 3–5 hours monthly. I built KPI dashboards and cost and margin reporting in Metabase, and worked with Product on platform requirements, testing, and launches.
Earlier, at Gebrüder Weiss, I handled logistics operations for warehouse and logistics customers, including transport, freight and customs documents, invoicing, and cost allocation. I began in freight forwarding and logistics at Geis Eurocargo GmbH, followed by export dispatch for Balkan countries.
