I’m a 5th-semester Business Strategic Management student with hands-on experience in retail operations, customer-facing roles, and administrative documentation. I’m a fast learner with strong communication skills in both Spanish and English (C1), and I genuinely enjoy building professional relationships.

At ZARA KIDS (July 2024 – September 2024), I delivered consistent, attentive service to customers—building rapport quickly and resolving concerns on the spot. I also managed the Pick Up program by organizing, tracking, and delivering packages in alphanumeric order with zero errors, and I processed collections while reconciling physical inventory with strong follow-up and data accuracy.

In June 2024 at Súper Aki (ALPRO), I worked as a Procedures Manual Developer, conducting one-on-one interviews across departments to gather information—mirroring the discovery conversations used in outbound outreach. I synthesized complex details clearly and built structured output, including visual process diagrams for non-technical stakeholders.

I’m comfortable with digital tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Photoshop, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. I’m seeking an Appointment Setter role where I can apply my people skills and structured work approach to help companies grow their pipeline with enthusiasm, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
