I’m a cross-functional business and operations professional with 8+ years across international B2B logistics, banking, commercial operations and team leadership. My roles tend to grow beyond the original job description: I take ownership, learn new areas quickly and become the person people rely on for complex cases, difficult decisions and getting things to completion.

Today I own a recurring portfolio of 10–20 B2B clients in international logistics, including pricing, margin decisions, negotiations, suppliers, documentation, escalations and end-to-end delivery. My portfolio generates an annualised gross-margin run rate of approximately $64k–$89k, with a top single-client contribution of about $19k. Earlier in banking, I regularly coordinated teams of 5–7 people during management cover, trained and onboarded employees, participated in recruitment and worked with complex financial products.

I’m interested in high-impact remote roles where I can combine operations, commercial judgment, leadership, problem solving, process improvement, partner/vendor work, projects, finance-related operations or other cross-functional responsibilities. I also use generative AI extensively for research, analysis, workflow design, quality checking and rapid learning of unfamiliar tasks. I’m especially interested in roles where the business values ownership, adaptability and results more than a perfectly linear job title.
