I’m looking for a CRM/lifecycle role where I can own end-to-end automation, use rigorous A/B testing to grow retention and CTR, and collaborate with data-driven teams that value measurable customer impact.

I’m a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager focused on building lifecycle programmes that turn audiences into repeat customers. I’ve managed full lifecycle strategy across onboarding, activation, loyalty, re-engagement and win-back, using measurement-first decisions.

At VkusVill, I owned multi-channel automated flows (email, push, SMS) for a 200K+ user base in a B2B2C model, delivering sustained 54% open rate and 14% CTR. I also developed B2B2C segmentation to improve targeting precision and campaign relevance.
