I am seeking a remote customer service role where I can use bilingual interpretation, solve problems, and deliver culturally sensitive support while growing in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

I am a bilingual customer service and interpretation specialist with over five years of experience in high-volume client support, remote call center operations, and real-time Spanish–English interpretation across medical, legal, and business settings. I am recognized for professionalism, cultural sensitivity, conflict resolution, and building positive relationships with diverse clients while maintaining confidentiality in sensitive situations.

I have hands-on customer-facing experience from food service and a self-employed baking business where I managed inventory, finances, marketing, and client relations. I am currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Business Administration & Accounting (expected December 2026) and bring strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in remote roles.
