What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-facing role where I can use my bilingual skills, strong service orientation, and teamwork to improve guest experiences and grow in responsibility.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) customer-service professional with hands-on experience in food & beverage and retail environments, delivering attentive, friendly service and supporting smooth daily operations. I have worked as a greeter, server, busser, translator and retail associate, consistently prioritizing customer satisfaction and teamwork.

I bring strong communication, mindful listening, time-management, and problem-solving skills, plus experience with transactions, inventory, merchandising, and light data entry. I am completing coursework toward an Associate’s in Film and Television—Electronic Media while seeking opportunities where I can contribute to sales, operational efficiency, and positive customer-business relationships.
