What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote technical support role in English.

At Rawgirls, I ran a three-location food business and handled its IT systems, including payment, e-commerce, inventory, and accounting. I traced system failures, worked with vendor support to fix them, and re-tested the fixes.

At Archer Malmo, I was the only IT person, administering servers, Macs, email, and the company portal. I also supported equipment, audio and video systems, and video conferencing.

At Hilton Worldwide, I tested enterprise hospitality systems against business requirements, wrote test documentation and workflow specifications, and followed defects through to resolution.

Earlier, I validated software builds and configuration changes at The Options Clearing Corporation and tested SPSS Statistics, Modeler, and Amos at SPSS Inc. (IBM SPSS). I’m looking for a remote technical support role in English.
