Led business analysis and delivery activities across leasing systems, translating business processes into requirements and user stories. Developed dashboards and live reporting for Leasing teams and leadership.

Served as the primary Business Analyst bridging Leasing and IT, helping design and roll out Westfield's proprietary CRM and lease management system. Partnered with Tenant Coordination teams to establish an accurate inventory of leasable units.
