I’m a business development and operations professional with 4+ years of cross-functional experience across Business Development, Operations Management, Workforce Deployment, and Administrative Leadership, primarily within Nigeria’s outsourcing, BPO, and FMCG sectors. I bring a commercially grounded understanding of both client acquisition and operational delivery, giving me a uniquely holistic approach to organizational growth.
In my current Business Development Officer role, I drive new B2B client acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospects across outsourcing and workforce solutions, building structured lead management and follow-up processes to improve pipeline velocity and prospect-to-client conversion quality. I also conduct competitor landscape and market demand research to surface new service opportunities, then collaborate with operations leadership to align onboarding and delivery commitments—protecting client experience and retention while accelerating proposal and decision-making.
Earlier roles strengthened my execution engine: as an Assistant Admin & Operations Officer, I coordinated end-to-end deployment logistics for outsourced drivers and field staff while managing SLA compliance and regulatory adherence across active accounts. I implemented operational process improvements that reduced deployment turnaround times, supported productivity gains, and delivered executive-level reporting and coordination; prior to that, as a Warehouse Supervisor, I managed KPI-aligned warehouse operations, inventory accuracy using WMS/data entry systems, and shift handovers—proactively identifying supply chain risks and contingency measures. Alongside this, I developed foundational data analysis and reporting capabilities through an internship, which now support operational performance tracking, sales pipeline reporting, and market research.
