I am an HR Specialist and have expertise in several areas of HR and communications.

I am looking for roles that will help me showcase my skills in stakeholder management, rewards & recognition, HR business partnering, talent management, communications, writing and content management, diversity & inclusion, culture, and employee well being.

As an independent HR Specialist, I work on culture, HR communications, rewards, employee welfare, and engagement assignments. For Tata Consumer Products Ltd, I created and implemented a seven-step HR communication plan to embed TCPL Growth Mindset Behaviours through formats including video interviews, podcasts, case studies, and newsletters.

At Tata Consumer Products Ltd, I led employee engagement, recognition, diversity and inclusion, and well-being programs. I conducted a company-wide employee survey with nearly 100% response rates, analyzed the results, and developed action plans for organizational improvements.

At Capgemini India, I supported HRBP work across several sectors in the Americas region, analyzing attrition and pipeline exits to advise business leaders. I also conceptualized and launched Revive in 5, an employee engagement initiative featured in The Hindu BusinessLine.
