At Bengal Industrial Psychological Association (BIPA), I led a student research team on an industrial-organizational psychology initiative, directing research design, data analysis, and written output. I also commissioned, reviewed, and approved academic and informational content for a practitioner audience.

My dissertation examines cyber harassment in professional networking spaces and its psychological and occupational impact on women in urban India, with implications for HR policy, workplace compliance, and employee wellbeing. I also authored an organisational field report based on interviews with employees at Nehru Memorial Techno Global Hospital, exploring job stress, communication, motivation, and team cohesion.

At Steps United Pvt. Ltd., I developed and published workplace psychology content, translating evidence-based concepts such as stress management and burnout prevention into posts for a professional audience. I coordinated content scheduling and messaging across platforms.

I also coordinated registration, scheduling, and on-ground logistics for the Innovation, Development & Entrepreneurship (IDE) Bootcamp, a two-day professional development event. I’m seeking an entry-level HR role where psychological rigour and structured communication can contribute to people operations.
