I’m a creative thinker, problem solver and decision maker who balances the needs of employees with the mission of the organization. I bring strong communication, interpersonal relations, mentoring, and negotiation skills to help teams perform with clarity and trust.

I’ve led HR as a strategic and operational business partner across international environments, handling policy and process framework creation, compensation & benefits design and consultation, employment law and compliance, and employee relations. I’m comfortable partnering with leaders on leadership coaching, training & development, and performance guidance.

Across my HR roles, I’ve owned the full employee life cycle—from talent management and talent acquisition to HR policies & procedures, succession planning, and budgeting. I focus on HR best practices that strengthen organizational development and ensure performance is supported, not just measured.

Most recently, I held an HR leadership role for an International Office APAC region, and earlier I served as an HR Specialist (consultant role) and Senior HR Manager in India. I also took a sabbatical to work on my health and learnt content writing to improve my writing skills.
