What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-first communications role where I can build internal programs, partner with HR and leadership on change, and strengthen engagement through content, storytelling, and measurement.

I’ve spent 12+ years working across internal communications, learning, and content—supporting organizations through employee-centric communication and engagement initiatives.

At Capgemini (MACS), I partner with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver employee-centric communication, driving engagement and culture across the Belux region.

I work closely with C-suite and senior leaders to craft internal communication strategies for transformation and change, and I manage end-to-end people-focused projects from planning and stakeholder alignment to delivery and measurement.

I also mentor team members on capability building, collaboration, and psychological safety, and I’ve led measurable improvements like organic LinkedIn visibility growth for Capgemini Belgium. Before that, I supported internal communication and learning at Reliance Industries Limited and built editorial operations at PepperMedia, Gracenote, and Nielsen.
