What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in a Service Desk or IT Support environment where I can deliver Level 1 support, troubleshoot macOS/iOS/Windows issues, manage tickets, and learn more advanced networking and systems work.

I’m an entry-level IT Support Technician with hands-on experience delivering Level 1, front-line technical support. I focus on fast, accurate resolution while keeping customers informed and supported throughout the process.

Currently at I-Store South Africa, I troubleshoot macOS and iOS device issues, diagnose software problems, and help identify potential hardware faults for escalation. I also configure user email accounts (setup, password resets, and syncing issues), handle system updates and software installations, and perform routine device maintenance.

I’m comfortable guiding customers through secure device setup, data migration, backups, and upgrades. I log, track, and manage incidents using internal job card and ticketing systems, and I maintain clear documentation of resolutions and troubleshooting steps.

I also support basic networking checks—like IP configuration and connectivity troubleshooting—and I’m committed to continuous improvement. With my IT Support Higher Certificate from MerSETA – Edge Training, I’m eager to grow within a Service Desk or IT Support environment while contributing positively to team performance.
